Diary 34 Shipping Policy

At Diary 34, we partner with Sprint Couriers as our trusted third-party delivery service for all local and national deliveries. All local orders within Botswana are delivered within 3–7+ working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Customers within Gaborone are charged a standard delivery fee of P70.

Customers outside of Gaborone will have their delivery fees determined by the courier company based on location and parcel size. The final shipping cost will be communicated and shared with the customer once the order has been dispatched.

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and tracking information. Orders will only be dispatched once proof of payment has been successfully received by Diary 34.

All customers are fully responsible for their shipping costs, including any applicable local delivery charges and taxes.

Diary 34 will not be held liable for any delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, fire, theft, or global pandemics. Should such events occur, affected customers will be notified .

International Shipping Policy

All international orders are shipped through Aramex, via our logistics partner Sprint Couriers. Delivery timeframes vary by location but generally take 10–20+working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

When ordering from outside Botswana, the customer becomes the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Import taxes, customs duties, and possible clearance fees may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, and Diary 34 cannot estimate, control, or remove these fees.

Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are non-refundable.Diary 34 will not issue refunds for shipments refused due to unexpected customs charges. This includes the original shipping fee and the cost of return shipping.

As we work exclusively with third-party international couriers, Diary 34 does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for international orders.
